Business Development Manager

Greys Specialist Recruitment working with a well-established and fast-growing property developer based in Liverpool, delivering large-scale residential schemes across the UK. With a strong pipeline of developments and continued growth plans, they are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support ongoing sales activity and build new relationships.

This is a commercially focused role, suited to someone who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities within the property or construction space.

The Role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the property sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, introducers, and key stakeholders
  • Support the promotion and sale of residential developments
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Attend meetings, events, and site visits where required
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and performance

About You

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role
  • Background in property, real estate, construction, conveyancing, or quantity surveying
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline
  • Full UK driving licence
